A UNIQUE OLIVE VARIETY
Manaki is the basic variety of eastern Peloponnese and produces one of the best known Greek Olive Oils.
Unlike any, Manaki variety thrives at very high altitudes and matures slowly. The best time for harvesting is from the end of October to the beginning of December.

Original virgin olive oil NEOTIS. The traditional method of picking olives, which is done by hand to avoid damaging the fruit. Oil processing is completed within hours of harvesting. Cold pressing at a temperature 27 degrees Celsius ensures the preservation of all its nutritional properties. Packaging and storage under specific conditions guarantees that the extra virgin olive oil remains as fresh, tasty and nutritious as the day it was produced.
